The Turbo Air PST-60-24-N-CL PRO series Mega Top refrigerated prep table has a clear lid that enables users to view ingredients without opening the table's top and releasing cold air. To keep stored ingredients cold and maximize efficiency, the table's cold bunker system directs air underneath and around the sides of food pans, keeping food chilled during heavy use. Designed with a total interior storage capacity of 19 cubic feet, the bottom cabinet provides plenty of room to store backup supplies and alternate ingredients. Inside, it has two stainless steel shelves to keep items organized.

For rust and scratch resistance, the Turbo Air PST-60-24-N-CL sandwich and salad prep table is made of stainless steel, and it can accommodate 24 sixth-size pans as deep as 6 inches. It rests on 4-inch casters, enabling users to move the table without any lifting or bending required, and the front casters have locks for added stability. To reduce environmental impact, this unit operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
