The Turbo Air PST-60-24-N-DS salad and sandwich prep table has two dual-sided lids that can be opened from either side to provide access to stored contents. Useful for high-volume sandwich shops and chilled buffet setups, this table enables users to assemble salads and sandwiches at twice the output. It can hold as many as 24 sixth-size pans and accommodates food receptacles as deep as 6 inches. For streamlined cleaning, the insulated hoods and lids can be removed.

Providing storage for 19 cubic feet of chilled product, the Turbo Air PST-60-24-N-DS refrigerated prep table's cabinet is made of stainless steel with a galvanized steel bottom for durability. It offers users two stainless steel shelves to arrange supplies on, and it has interior LED lighting for an improved view. This unit's solid, swinging doors rest on heavy-duty hinges and have locks to keep contents secure.
