It's divided into two sections and offers 19 cubic feet of interior space; overall, it measures 60¹/₄ inches wide by 38 inches deep by 37⁷/₈ inches high. Because this unit is mounted on casters, operators can transport it for service or wheel it out of the way for cleaning. Its refrigeration system is self-contained to simplify the installation process.

To minimize its environmental impact, the Turbo Air PST-60-24-N-FL refrigerated prep table operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its cold bunker system maintains ideal temperatures in the food pan area while its high-density polyurethan insulation preserves cold air to optimize efficiency. Operators can adjust the temperature between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit using an intuitive digital temperature control and monitoring system.
