The Turbo Air PST-60-24-N-GL refrigerated prep table's clear glass lid is fixed on a spring-assisted, heavy-duty gravity hinge, enabling it to open and close smoothly during use. Its rear-mounted compressor is side breathing, reducing the required clearance in the rear of the machine. Inside, it's made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a galvanized bottom and aluminum door liners. This table can accommodate 24 sixth-size pans in the top opening and can hold 19 cubic feet of product inside the cabinet.

For streamlined prepping and assembly, the Turbo Air PST-60-24-N-GL sandwich and salad prep table comes with a 9¹/₂-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board that enables users to chop, slice, and shred ingredients on the spot. To illuminate the interior, LED lights are installed within the cabinet, and the digital control system clearly displays the temperature settings on the outside of the unit. Designed to brush away dust and debris on a daily basis, this prep table's self-cleaning condenser can operate for an extended period of time without becoming clogged or requiring maintenance.
