Designed for routine prep service, the Turbo Air PST-60-D4-FB-N PRO sandwich/salad prep table features a 9¹/₂-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board and four drawers. The Cold Bunker air system directs chilled air around all sides of the pan opening to maintain food temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its stainless steel top holds 16 condiment pans, and the insulated hood and lid can be removed for cleaning. A digital control system and external display simplify temperature management.

The Turbo Air PST-60-D4-FB-N sandwich/salad prep table includes a self-cleaning condenser that automatically clears dust from the coils each day to help prevent premature failure. Its cabinet is built of stainless steel with a galvanized steel bottom, and it runs on eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Four 4-inch swivel casters with front locks are fitted to the base for mobility and stability during use. The refrigeration system maintains interior temperatures from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
