With two drawers and two swing doors, the Turbo Air PST-72-30-FB-N PRO Mega Top sandwich/salad prep table supports a variety of cold storage configurations. The 30-pan top opening is covered by dual insulated hoods that can be removed for access or cleaning. A 9¹/₂-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board with side rail spans the front, while internal shelving provides additional storage. This unit uses a Cold Bunker system to circulate chilled air above and beneath the pans, preserving ingredients below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Turbo Air PST-72-30-FB-N sandwich/salad prep table features a front-breathing refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes a self-cleaning condenser. A digital control system regulates the temperature from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit and displays it externally for visibility. LED interior lighting and fan delay help conserve energy and reduce temperature loss. Built of stainless steel with a galvanized steel bottom, the cabinet is mounted on 4-inch swivel casters with front locks for mobility and control.
