Durable in high-volume use, the Turbo Air TPR-44SD-N pizza prep table has a stainless steel interior and exterior. This construction facilitates cleaning and extends to the shelves for additional strength. Six third-size pans in the top compartment hold ingredients for pizzas, which can be added to dough on the deep, full-length cutting board. An insulated cover over the pans prevents contamination while forced-air keeps the pans under 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mounted on the side of the unit, the condenser can be accessed for maintenance. The refrigeration system breathes from the front to eliminate the need for large clearance at the sides. This Turbo Air TPR-44SD-N pizza prep table maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit with the help of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A self-cleaning device automatically brushes the condenser daily, removing dust and dirt to prevent premature system failure.
