The Turbo Air TPR-93SD-D2-N pizza prep table has a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. To keep products fresh and safe from contamination, the unit includes an insulated pan cover and 12 condiment pans for the top rail. A forced-air refrigeration system creates a shield around pans to keep food temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The polyethylene cutting board provides a durable prep surface, and since it is 19 inches deep, it can hold pizzas.

Stainless steel shelves and drawers provide storage space for additional ingredients. These shelves are adjustable, and the drawers can hold 6-inch-deep pans. Its self-cleaning condenser has a mesh filter to catch dust and a rotating brush that remove buildup. The Turbo Air TPR-93SD-D2-N prep table's side-mount compressor is front breathing and serviceable without being removed.
