Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-D2-N 60 1/4" Super Deluxe Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

This Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-D2-N sandwich and salad prep table’s top measures 60¹/₄ inches wide with a top that can hold 24 pans to display produce or meats. Two insulated, hinged covers that protect items from dust, debris, or bugs are attached. Adjacent to the covers is a 9¹/₂-inch cutting board made of polyethylene for prepping salads, subs, and more. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, and the back and bottom are constructed of galvanized steel.

The cabinet of this sandwich and salad prep table has 19 cubic feet of interior space. The cabinet has two drawers on the right side and one stainless door on the left side. The drawers support multiple pan configurations (not included), while the door’s section comes with one steel shelf to hold product. The inside is illuminated with the installed LED interior lighting. An ABS door liner works to contain cold air and preserve freshness.

The self-contained refrigeration system of the Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-D2-N sandwich and salad prep table is mounted at the rear. The cold bunker system effectively holds conditions between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a hot gas condensate system to clear up humidity during operation. The condenser has a self-cleaning function to minimize dust and prevent malfunctions.
