The Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N-DS Super Deluxe prep table is made of sturdy stainless steel and resists dents, scratches, and rust. To retain cold temperatures for several hours, the unit is insulated with high-density polyurethane foam, and its condenser cleans itself daily to reduce the need for constant servicing and monitoring. A 9¹/₂-inch-deep cutting board provides space for sandwiches and salads. Keeping food at safe temperatures from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, the base has a Cold Bunker feature that circulates air around the included sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans.

The Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N-DS prep table has LED lights that illuminate its interior so that staff can find ingredients. Providing the table with mobility, the unit’s four 4-inch-diameter swivel casters include brakes on the front set for stability. To conserve energy, the fan pauses while a door is open. Both of the doors have comfortable handles and open to reveal two stainless steel shelves. Straightforward digital controls enable the user to monitor internal temperatures.
