The Turbo Air TST-60SD-FB-N Super Deluxe sandwich/salad prep table's self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system enables streamlined cooling performance without sacrificing interior cabinet space. This two-section model includes a stainless steel top with 16 sixth-size condiment pans and a removable insulated lid. A full-length 9¹/₂-in.-deep polyethylene cutting board with built-in side rail provides prep surface stability, while two recessed-handle stainless steel doors grant access to interior shelving for cold storage.

Equipped with a self-cleaning condenser system, the Turbo Air TST-60SD-FB-N prep table minimizes dust buildup that could otherwise compromise refrigeration efficiency. To maintain stable performance in humid environments, it features a hot gas condensate system that actively reduces moisture accumulation. Its polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to support consistent internal temperatures, while ABS door liners add resistance against wear and internal condensation. Inside, LED lighting paired with a fan delay system brightens the interior only when doors are closed, preserving cold air.
