Dexter Russell S360-9SCC-PCP 9" Stamped Slicer Knife W/ Scalloped Edge, Carbon Steel

Part of the Dexter® 360® series, the S360-9SCC-PCP slicer includes a rounded point that helps guide long slicing motions across meats and produce. The offset, stamped blade design adds knuckle clearance for safer handling. A scalloped edge is engineered to slice through crusts or firm exteriors without compressing softer interiors. Constructed of stain-resistant DEXSTEEL® high-carbon steel, the blade is made for consistent edge retention. Its handle is finished in blue to support color-coded prep environments. The textured polypropylene and Santoprene® handle surface helps improve grip during extended slicing tasks.
