Its flexible, 6-inch-long blade can detach poultry and fish from the bone. Constructed of DEXSTEEL®a'¬a€a stain- and corrosion-resistant high-carbon steela'¬a€the blade can be sharpened easily, and it will retain its edge throughout high-volume use.
