Taylor 5271192 3 Piece Knife Set w/ Black Nylon/Silicone Handles, High Carbon German Steel

This Taylor 5271192 knife set includes a chef's knife, boning knife, and paring knife to help accomplish a variety of kitchen prep and cooking tasks. The chef's knife has a variety of uses from chopping large vegetables to cutting meat, it's blade measures 8 inches long. The boning knife is designed to separate meat from bone during food prep and features a 6-inch blade. For small tasks such as peeling apples, the paring knife sports a 3¹/₄ inch blade. Each knife features a blade made of highly durable high carbon German steel that's designed to resist corrosion and discoloration while retaining their sharp edges. To establish a comfortable grip, the handles on this set of knives are made of silicone and nylon.
