NU-VU QB-3/9 Electric Proofer Oven with Heat and Humidity, 208v/1ph

The NU-VU QB-3/9 proofer oven provides even heating through its V-Air? system, so pans do not need to be turned while cooking. A microswitch turns off the fan to reduce heat loss and recover heat quickly. Using the solid-state controls, operators can fill the water reservoir and set the temperature for each compartment. The proofer has separate, precise controls for heat and humidity.

Made of stainless steel, the cabinet is resistant to dents and rust, and its tempered glass doors and interior lights offer visibility of the contents, which can then be displayed to customers. Three full-size sheet pans fit in the oven, while the proofer can hold nine full-size sheet pans. The NU-VU QB-3/9 proofer oven is great for baking cakes, cookies, and breads.
