The BevLes PICA44-16INS-A-4L1 half-height proofing cabinet is built with an insulated top, back, and sides to retain heat efficiently. Its adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports accommodate eight 26-inch-long by 18-inch-wide pans, (16) 20-inch-long by 12-inch-wide pans, or eight 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens. The cabinet maintains a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit, controlled through a digital thermostat with variable humidity adjustments and an LED display.

The BevLes PICA44-16INS-A-4L1 proofing cabinet is equipped with a 5-quart cast water reservoir that uses a cast-in humidity system to prevent element burnout and support consistent moisture levels. A self-draining feature collects excess water into a pan below the cabinet for easy maintenance. The clear Lexan left-hand hinged door provides visibility into the cabinet, while the removable heating module and interior components simplify cleaning. The cabinet is mounted on 5-inch heavy-duty casters, two of which include brakes for secure positioning.
