The BevLes PICA44-16INS-A-4R1 half-height proofing cabinet includes a clear Lexan right-hand hinged door for full visibility and accessibility. It is designed with adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports that can accommodate eight 26-inch-long by 18-inch-wide pans, (16) 20-inch-long by 12-inch-wide pans, or eight 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens. The cabinet?s temperature and humidity levels can be precisely controlled using the digital thermostat, variable humidity adjustment, and LED display, allowing for a range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

To maintain consistent moisture levels, the BevLes PICA44-16INS-A-4R1 proofing cabinet is equipped with a 5-quart cast water reservoir featuring a cast-in humidity system that minimizes the risk of element burnout. Excess moisture is managed by a self-draining system for simplified maintenance. The insulated top, back, and sides retain heat efficiently, while the removable heating module and interior components make cleaning straightforward.
