The BevLes PICA44-16-A-1L1 non-insulated, half-height proofing cabinet is designed to maintain precise temperature and humidity levels, ensuring consistent results for a variety of baked goods. The BevLes PICA44-16-A-1L1 proofing cabinet features a clear Lexan left-hand hinged door for easy monitoring of the contents, while the adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports can accommodate pans of various sizes, including donut screens.
