The BevLes PICA44-16-A-1R1 non-insulated, half-height proofing cabinet offers exceptional versatility with adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports. These supports can accommodate multiple pan sizes, including eight 26-inch-long by 18-inch-wide pans, (16) 20-inch-long by 12-inch-wide pans, or eight 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, making it a flexible solution for various foodservice needs. The digital thermostat, variable humidity control, and LED display allow precise temperature adjustments from 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Equipped with 5-inch heavy-duty swivel plate casters, including two with brakes, the BevLes PICA44-16-A-1R1 proofing cabinet is easy to maneuver and securely position in any workspace.
