The BevLes PICA44-16-A-4L1 non-insulated, half-height proofing cabinet is designed to handle a variety of foodservice needs. Its adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports accommodate eight 26-inch-long by 18-inch-wide pans, (16) 20-inch-long by 12-inch-wide pans, or eight 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, offering flexibility for various menu items. The digital thermostat, variable humidity control, and LED display ensure accurate temperature and humidity adjustments from 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
