The undercounter BevLes PICA32-10-A-1L1 proofing cabinet is designed to provide efficient heat and humidity control for compact spaces. Constructed of durable aluminum, this non-insulated cabinet ensures long-lasting performance and efficient heat transfer. Its single clear Lexan? left-hand hinged door allows operators to monitor contents without losing heat or humidity. Mounted on 3-inch swivel plate casters, including two with brakes, this cabinet offers mobility and stability for versatile use.

The BevLes PICA32-10-A-1L1 cabinet is equipped with a digital thermostat and variable humidity control, allowing precise adjustments within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The LED display provides clear visibility of the current settings, while a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover ensures consistent humidity for proofing tasks. For easy cleaning and maintenance, the heating module is removable.
