The undercounter BevLes PICA32-10-A-1R1 proofing cabinet is constructed of durable aluminum and ensures reliable performance and efficient heat transfer with its non-insulated design. Its clear Lexan? right-hand hinged door allows operators to easily monitor contents without losing internal heat and humidity. The adjustable aluminum pan supports, spaced on 1¹/₂-inch centers, accommodate up to five 18-inch by 26-inch pans, (10) 12-inch by 20-inch pans, or five 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens. Mounted on 3-inch casters, including two with brakes, this cabinet provides mobility and stability for flexible use.

The BevLes PICA32-10-A-1R1 cabinet features a digital thermostat with variable humidity control, enabling precise adjustments within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
