The undercounter BevLes PICA32-10-A-4L1 proofing cabinet is built for efficient heat and humidity control in compact spaces. Constructed of durable aluminum, this non-insulated cabinet offers reliable performance and efficient heat transfer. Its single clear Lexan? left-hand hinged door provides visibility and easy access while retaining internal heat and humidity. The adjustable aluminum pan supports, spaced on 1¹/₂-inch centers, accommodate up to five 18-inch by 26-inch pans, (10) 12-inch by 20-inch pans, or five 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens. This unit is mounted on 3-inch swivel plate casters, including two with brakes.

The BevLes PICA32-10-A-4L1 cabinet features a digital thermostat with variable humidity control, enabling precise adjustments within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. An LED display simplifies monitoring of settings, while a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover ensures consistent humidity levels.
