The Metro C517-PFC-4 C5? 1 Series three-quarter-height heated cabinet has fixed wire slides that are welded 3 inches apart. They're 0.25-inch-diameter electroplated wire for durability and accept (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans. Product is visible through the clear polycarbonate door with an extruded aluminum frame, and the cabinet is constructed of aluminum for corrosion resistance. It's mobile with 5-inch swivel casters.

This unit is designed for proofing dough before it bakes or keeping product warm and moist for serving. The temperature and humidity are controlled separately with different knobs, and both features are displayed on a digital display. For simple maintenance, the control panel can be removed without tools. The Metro C517-PFC-4 non-insulated proofing cabinet has a temperature range of 80 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
