The Metro C519-PFC-U proofing cabinet provides the optimal conditions for your leavened bread to rise. This cabinet heats up and recovers quickly because of the forced-air heating system controlled via thermostat. The digital thermometer makes reading the temperature easy, while the temperature and humidity level controls are analog style. These controls are recessed, so they don't get damaged or inadvertently changed. Indicator lights let you know when the cabinet is on or off.

Clear polycarbonate doors simplify seeing into the cabinet without losing heat. Hinges on the door are field reversible for your convenience and can open 180 degrees. Santoprene gaskets mounted on the door keep heat inside the cabinet. It includes ¹?₄-inch-diameter universal slides made of nickel-chrome anodized wire that can be adjusted in 1¹?₂-inch increments.
