The Turbo Air TDC-30D-2R proofing cabinet is constructed of stainless steel and can function as a freezer, refrigerator, and proofer. It measures 31¹/₂ inches wide by 48³/₄ inches deep by 77⁷/₈ inches high and sits on casters that ease mobility as needed. The unit can hold 36 full size trays between the top and bottom compartments.

This Turbo Air TDC-30D-2R proofing cabinet’s two compartments have individual LCD display controls for preparing different foods at once. The proofing cabinet has timed and automatic control systems, which use smart sensors and microprocessors to sense the temperature and humidity of its contents. The moisture care system enables defrosting, freezing and fermentation at both high and low temperatures.
