The Channel ETPR-3E6 aluminum steam rack can hold 19 steam table pans and can be mobilized via four swivel casters. This, combined with the unit's end-load slides, makes the unit ideal for use with buffet spreads, deli displays, pan storage, or food prep. To prevent damage, avoid using abrasive sponges and harsh chemicals around the unit. Weight should be distributed evenly on the rack to prevent unit from tipping.
