Durable for high-volume use, the Channel RIR-7 sheet pan rack is constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum. It loads from the end, and its racks are spaced 3 inches apart to hold various product types. This unit holds as many as seven 18-inch by 26-inch or (14) 13-inch by 18-inch food pans and measures 201/2 inches wide by 23 inches deep by 23 inches high overall.
