Part of the Mid-Century collection, the Cal-Mil 3633-78 countertop induction cooktop offers a vintage-inspired aesthetic that's suited for display cooking and holding on a buffet line. It has one burner beneath its smooth glass top. Users can adjust the burner's temperature to a level between 180 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and after 150 minutes, the burner will shut off automatically. A copper coil under the cooktop creates a magnetic field on the surface. When a compatible pan is placed on top, the electrons in the pan vibrate rapidly, creating heat for cooking.
