Power levels on the Garland BHBA1800 commercial induction cooktop are controlled through a knob on the front. Featuring electronic output limits, the unit monitors energy moving from the top to the pan and ensures little is wasted. An internal cooling fan prevents electronic components from overheating and discharges through the rear. The unit will also power off if the pan becomes too dry to avoid burning.
