Three H burners in two even-heat hot tops have individual controls, so operators can cook various foods at once on the Garland M46T gas range. This is an asset to high-volume kitchens, shortening ticket times and reducing necessary labor. To ensure users don't burn themselves while dealing with the hot surface, a barrier is provided by the 7¹/₂-inch front rail.

The Garland M46T gas range has a stainless steel front and sides. This durable metal is shielded from scratches, dents, scarring, and corrosion, so it can withstand routine use. The base of the unit is made of aluminized steel and includes a shelf, so operators can store pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
