Garland M48T 34" Gas Range Griddle - Modular, Natural Gas

The Garland M48T heavy-duty gas range has a griddle plate instead of open-top burners; this design increases cooking production and is excellent for kitchens that prepare a lot of eggs, pancakes, and proteins. Because the griddle plate is 1 inch thick, it heats up slowly and retains heat for long periods while also providing durability and eliminating the risk of warping at high temperatures. The griddle plate is heated by three burners, each of which is controlled by a thermostatic knob, so users can accurately set the temperature instead of using a high/low knob.

A backsplash and side splashes on this Garland M48T gas range contain splatter to the griddle plate. The stainless steel front rail on this unit provides a place for plating, and it separates the operator from hot components. In the base, the storage compartment accommodates pots and pans, keeping them in close reach for cooking.
