The Vulcan EV24S-2HT240 includes a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame for added structural strength through repeated use. Its oven cavity measures 20 inches wide by 26 1/2 inches deep by 14 inches high and fits standard full-size sheet pans front to back. The stainless steel exterior is designed to resist corrosion in demanding environments, and cool-to-the-touch control knobs enhance safety during operation.
