The Vulcan EV48S-8FP480 electric range is supported by a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame that adds structural strength through high-volume use. Above the frame, a single-deck high shelf offers storage space for small tools and pans, while the full-width stainless steel crumb tray below the cooktop simplifies cleanup. The range features stainless steel across the front, sides, riser, shelf, and legs to promote corrosion resistance in demanding environments.

Built with eight 9 1/2-inch French hot plates, the Vulcan EV48S-8FP480 range includes infinite heat control switches to individually manage cooking temperatures across each burner. The standard oversized oven supports full-size 18-inch by 26-inch pans loaded side to side or front to back and includes one rack with three position options. The interior measures 26 1/2 inches wide by 26 3/8 inches deep by 14 inches high. A top browning control helps finish baked dishes, and the oven thermostat ranges from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit stands on 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs for improved stability during use.
