The Vulcan V336H gas range top is a modular unit equipped with three hot tops, each delivering 30,000 BTU to support heavy-volume cooking applications. Fueled by natural gas, the unit is ideal for operations needing intense, consistent heat across large pots and pans. The cast iron hot top sections retain and distribute heat evenly to reduce hot spots and improve temperature control throughout the cooking surface. This 36-inch-wide range top is designed without an oven, making it a strong fit for custom cooklines or integrated suites.

Constructed of stainless steel, the Vulcan V336H has a durable front, sides, base, burner box, stub back, and top ledge that resist rust and wear in demanding environments. Operators can control each burner zone independently using dedicated pilots and controls. A 3/4-inch ground steel griddle plate offers additional cooking flexibility, and the unit rests on 4-inch flanged feet for secure modular installation. The front gas manifold measures 1 1/4 inches and is paired with a capped rear connection to simplify utility routing, while a 4-inch stub riser protects adjacent surfaces from radiant heat.
