Vulcan V4B36 36" 4 Burner Gas Range Top - Modular, Liquid Propane

Because the Vulcan V4B36 V-series heavy-duty range is a modular unit, it can be installed on a countertop or equipment station to create a customized workstation. This 36-inch-wide by 36 3/4-inch-deep by 17 15/16-inch-tall unit rests on 4-inch flanged feet that can be raised or lowered to stabilize the base. To provide lasting durability and resistance to rust and corrosion while matching existing pieces of equipment, its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of stainless steel.

The Vulcan V4B36 LP-gas-powered range is built with four 35,000-BTU open-top burners with lift-off burner heads. While the two front burners include 11-inch by 17-inch heavy-duty cast burner grates, the two rear burners are equipped with 14-inch by 17-inch cast burner grates to accommodate large stock pots or saucepans. Because each burner has a corresponding pilot light and control, operators can modify heat depending on the food being prepared. To ease cleaning between uses, an extra-deep stainless steel crumb tray collects food debris and can be removed and emptied.
