Because the Vulcan V6B36 V-series heavy-duty gas range sports a modular base, it can be installed on an equipment stand or countertop to create a workstation based around operator needs. To fit into kitchens with limited space, this unit measures 36 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 17 15/16 inches tall. Its stainless steel front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel capable of withstanding high-volume use while matching existing pieces of equipment. This LP-gas-powered unit can output 210,000 BTUs in an hour and includes a 1 1/4-inch-diameter front gas manifold and 1 1/4-inch capped rear gas connection.
