Powered by natural gas, the Garland MST47R-E Master series heavy-duty range has an oven base and a griddle top. This griddle has three H-shaped burners, each with an electric spark ignition and flame failure protection. Its oven has one burner and a fully porcelainized interior.
The Garland MST47R-E range is made of stainless steel on its front, sides, front rail, and splashes€”this metal is durable and resists dents and scratches. Its backsplash clips on and can be removed for swift cleaning, while the front rail provides a surface for users to plate food as it comes off the griddle. The griddle's plate is 1 inch thick, so it retains heat well and resists warping.
