The Wells WVO-4HF electric range has four French plates with individual thermostatic controls to cook multiple foods at once. For quick operation, it has a menu with programmable keys so employees can set frequently used recipes and restaurant favorites. Reducing the amount of money spent overall, this self-contained unit operates without the need of an additional hood. Several safety features are present in this range?the cooking appliances are disabled in the event of overheating, airflow sensors monitor the grease levels, and a system will alert users if the filter needs replacing.

The oven portion of the Wells WVO-4HF electric range is insulated to prevent heat from escaping into the environment. To prevent overheating, it operates with two fans, and a light illuminates the cabinet to improve visibility when checking on cooking food. Holding a range of products closer to or further away from the heating element as needed, the oven comes with five racks. With a stainless steel construction, this range will withstand years of repeated use without sustaining significant damage.
