The Continental 1FSN one-section reach-in freezer is a durable stainless steel unit that sits on four casters for mobility and provides users with 16 cubic feet of internal storage space. The unit is 26 inches wide by 29¹/₄ inches deep by 82¹/₄ inches tall, while its interior is fitted with three heavy-duty, epoxy-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted to suit the user's storage needs. The solid door can be locked for theft prevention and is insulated with polyurethane foam insulation for reliable temperature holding.

The refrigeration system in the Continental 1FSN one-section reach-in freezer is top mounted to keep the evaporator coils away from settling dust and flour; its also self-contained to maximize space. The system uses a thermostatic expansion valve to efficiently circulate R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant throughout the machine to hold internal temperatures as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
