The Continental 1FSNSSGD one-section freezer features a full-sized glass door designed to provide staff with a view of items before opening it€”limiting the amount of time the door is open. The door self-closes at a certain point and seals closed via a magnetic gasket. Additionally, the unit is built of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is insulated with 3 inches of polyurethane foam.

To reduce heat exposure inside the unit, the Continental 1FSNSSGD reach-in freezer's compressor is mounted on top for reduced recovery time and prevention of dirt and debris buildup. The electronic controller adjusts temperatures to set levels between 0 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit stays cool with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, while an automatic defrost system keeps integral components from freezing. A shallow space ideal for compact locations, the interior space measures 16 cubic feet and is lit with LED lighting; it also holds four epoxy-coated shelves.
