Atop the unit sits the compressor and control panel; this position prevents debris buildup in the system and prevents heat exhaust from entering the cabinet. The control panel provides access to the various systems of the unit, such as the alarm and temperature settings.

The Continental 1FXNSAGDHD extra-extra-wide freezer glass doors, aided by LED lighting, provide a view of the interior without needing to open them. When done procuring or stocking products, the doors self-close. The double door design encourages organization and reduces cold air loss when one of the doors is opened, while four epoxy-coated shelves are provided for convenience.
