Designed for convenience, the pass-thru design allows access from both sides for center placements in kitchens; a preparation station can be located on one side and a plating section on the other. The interior is made of aluminum, while the exterior is made of stainless steel, both of which are corrosion-resistant materials that surround 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation.

Atop the Continental 1FXNSAPT one-section freezer is its compressor, which is ideal placement for preventing debris buildup. Also at the top are the digital controls that provide access to the alarm and temperature settings. The system features an automatic defroster and evaporator and uses R290 refrigerant€”an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional types.
