The Continental 3FENSSHD three-section reach-in freezer has six solid, half-height doors outfitted with Santoprene® gaskets that aid in temperature preservation. These doors feature ergonomic workflow handles, and the internal space measures 73 cubic feet and holds nine epoxy-coated shelves. Both the exterior and interior are made of stainless steel, and the interior is insulated with 3-inch-thick polyurethane. Inside, the compartments are lit with LED lighting.

The Continental 3FENSSHD reach-in freezer has a self-contained refrigeration system that cools with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is distributed with the expansion valve system. The automatic electric defrost thaws any components and coils that have frozen over, while the condensate evaporator captures and vaporizes water. The electronic controller has an adjustable range from 0 to -5 degrees Fahrenheit.
