Designed to withstand heavy use, the Continental 3FNSAHD reach-in freezer is made with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior; these metals are durable and resistant to corrosion. Between the paneling, 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation helps lock in the cold. The front has six half-height doors that divide the unit into manageable compartments. The interior spans 70 cubic feet and is fitted with nine epoxy-coated shelves lit with LED lighting.

The electronic controller operates the Continental 3FNSAHD three-section freezer; here, operators can set the desired temperature between 0 and -10 degrees Fahrenheit. The self-contained refrigeration unit sits atop the unita'¬a€ away from floor debris. It uses R290 refrigerant to reach set temperatures, and if the unit exceeds this temperature, an alarm sounds until addressed.
