Mounted atop the Continental 3FNSSGDHD three-section freezer is the self-contained refrigeration unit; this positioning helps keep it away from floor debris. The unit uses R290 refrigerant€”an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon€”to reach the desired temperatures set by the electronic controller. The system can produce frigid temperatures ranging from 0 to -10 degrees, and to reduce humidity in the cabinet, the condensate evaporator operates automatically. The defrost system prevents any water particles from solidifying.

Built to endure heavy use, the Continental 3FNSSGDHD reach-in freezer is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and to help retain cold temperatures, 3 inches of polyurethane is foamed in between the paneling. The large, three-section unit is divided into manageable compartments by the six half-height doors. The interior spans 70 cubic feet and is fitted with 12 epoxy-coated steel shelves.
