The Beverage Air HFS1HC-1G one-section reach-in freezer has a durable stainless steel exterior and interior with gray painted sides. Mounted on 6-inch casters, this unit can be relocated in the kitchen; two of its casters have brakes to hold it still. If an employee forgets to close it, the single door shuts on its own, and expansion valve technology ensures that rising temperatures are recovered quickly. The door also can be propped open to load the cabinet, which has three shelves to hold items.
