The Continental 1RNSSPT pass-thru single-section refrigerator's stainless steel interior and exterior are durable for high-volume operations, corrosion resistant, and easy to clean. Insulation is built into the model to minimize cold air loss, and doors are included on the front and back of the unit for a pass-thru design. These doors come with workflow handles and self-closing hinges for convenient operation. The pass-thru design makes the unit ideal for center placement so that one side of the kitchen preps and the other side cooks the food.

The interior of the Continental 1RNSSPT one-section refrigerator measures 21 cubic feet and comes with three epoxy-coated steel shelves. For clear visibility in the cabinet, it is lit with an array of LED lights. These, the top mounted compressor, and nearly all of the unit's features are controlled by the electric panel and viewed on the digital display. There is an alarm for when undesired temps are reached, an off-cycle defrost system, and an automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator. The whole unit sits on four 5-inch casters, so it can be moved for thorough cleaning under and around the unit.
