Ideal for placement beside preparation station for quick access, the Continental 2RSNSS reach-in refrigerator features a shallow depth of 29¹/₂ inches and measures 52 inches wide. Its interior spans 32 cubic feet and is fitted with six epoxy-coated steel shelves. Operation of the unit is done through the digital controller; if undesired temperatures are reached an alarm will sound until addressed using the controls.

To withstand heavy use, the Continental 2RSNSS shallow-depth refrigerator is made of stainless steela'¬a€a durable and corrosion-resistant metal. To help lock in cold temperatures, 3 inches of polyurethane foam is pumped in between the paneling. The two full-height doors are solid to help with temperature retention, self-closing to reduce recovery time, and lock to prevent theft after hours. For mobility when cleaning underneath and behind, the refrigerator sits on four casters.
