Mounted on top of the Continental 2RSNSSGD reach-in refrigerator is the self-contained refrigeration system that operates using R290 refrigeranta'¬a€an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon. The desired temperature is set via the digital controller; if temperatures exceed the setting, an alarm sounds to notify operators. The automatic condensate evaporator helps to remove humidity, while the off-cycle defrost prevents any water from freezing.
